Natural Weather Events
Rain
Rain boosts grow speed by +25%. Can apply Soaked (x1.2) or Flooded (x1.75). Combine Flooded with Sandy to trigger Muddy (x5).
Snowstorm
Snowstorm slows grow speed by -25%. Applies Chilled (x1.5) or Snowy (x2). Combine Chilled with Foggy for Mossy (x3.5), or Soaked with Snowy for Frostbit (x3.5).
Fog
Fog has no effect on grow speed. Applies Foggy (x1.25) — low multiplier alone, but combine with Chilled to trigger Mossy combo (x3.5).
Sandstorm
Sandstorm boosts grow speed by +20%. Applies Sandy (x2.5). Combine with Flooded to trigger Muddy combo (x5) — one of the best farmable combos.
Storm
Storm boosts grow speed by +50%. Lightning occasionally strikes fruits directly, applying Shocked (x4.5). One of the highest-value weather mutations available through natural events.
Starfall
Starfall has no effect on grow speed. Applies Starstruck (x6.5) — the highest naturally obtainable weather mutation. Prioritize farming during these events.

Admin / Special Events
Tsunami

Galactic (x5) + Nova (x6.5) x5Meteor Shower
Meteoric x10Admin events are triggered by game developers and are rare. Other admin-exclusive mutations include Nova (x6.5), Banned (x20), and Salad (x20) which cannot be obtained through regular weather.

Color-Coded Multiplier Tiers
Mutations are color-coded by power: gray for low (under x2), blue for mid (x2-x4), green for high (x4-x10), and red for ultra (x10+). Spot the best mutations at a glance.
Strategic Farming Notes
Each weather card includes practical advice on how to leverage the event for maximum profit, including combo triggers and priority actions.

Garden Horizons Weather System Explained
How Weather Events Work
Weather in Garden Horizons changes periodically and affects all players on the server simultaneously. Each weather event has a chance to apply specific mutations to crops currently growing in your garden. Rain can apply Soaked (x1.2) or Flooded (x1.75), Snowstorm applies Chilled (x1.5) or Snowy (x2), Fog applies Foggy (x1.25), Sandstorm applies Sandy (x2.5), Storm applies Shocked (x4.5), and Starfall applies Starstruck (x6.5). Weather mutations stack with variant, ripening, and weight modifiers multiplicatively.
Combo Mutation Triggers
When two specific mutations exist on the same crop simultaneously, they merge into a combo mutation. Flooded + Sandy becomes Muddy (x5), Foggy + Chilled becomes Mossy (x3.5), and Soaked + Snowy becomes Frostbit (x3.5). This requires two different weather events to affect the same crop. For example, a Rain event followed by a Sandstorm — if both Flooded and Sandy land on your crop, they auto-merge into Muddy. The combo mutation replaces both components in the additive stack.
Admin Events and Rare Mutations
Game developers can trigger special server-wide events: Tsunami (applies Tidal x2), Black Hole (applies Galactic x5), Meteor Shower (applies Meteoric x10), and occasionally Lucky Block Seed Rain. Additional admin-exclusive mutations include Nova (x6.5), Banned (x20), and Salad (x20). These cannot be obtained through normal gameplay and are extremely valuable when they occur.
Optimizing Around Weather
Experienced Garden Horizons players plan their sessions around weather events. When Starfall (Starstruck x6.5) or Storm (Shocked x4.5) hits, they prioritize harvesting high-value crops. When Rain and Sandstorm alternate, they aim for the Muddy combo (x5). The Weather Mutation Guide helps you prepare by knowing exactly which mutations each weather event can deliver.
Weather Mutation Guide FAQ
Can I control which weather events happen in Garden Horizons?+
No. Weather events are server-controlled and change periodically for all players. You cannot influence which weather occurs, but you can plan your farming to take advantage of whatever weather appears.
Do weather mutations stack with other modifiers?+
Yes. Weather mutations (like all mutations) contribute to the additive mutation stack. The total mutation multiplier then combines multiplicatively with variant rarity, ripening stage, and weight scaling. A Gold Lush crop with Starstruck (x6.5) would apply 5 x 3 x 6.5 = 97.5x total multiplier before weight.
Which weather event is the most valuable?+
Starfall is the most valuable regular weather event, applying Starstruck at x6.5. Storm with Shocked (x4.5) is second. For combo potential, the Rain + Sandstorm combination to trigger Muddy (x5) is the most accessible high-value combo.
How often do admin events happen?+
Admin events are irregular and announced by the game developers. They typically coincide with updates, milestones, or special occasions. Follow the Dawn Digital Roblox group and social channels for announcements.
Can a crop have multiple weather mutations at the same time?+
Yes. A crop can accumulate mutations from different weather events. If it has both Soaked and Snowy from separate events, they auto-combine into Frostbit (x3.5). Multiple non-combo mutations will all stack additively using the standard formula.
